I love buying bags at bargain prices and would like to share this passion with others. I try to pass back additional discount whenever available and hence, sometimes you may see price drop for the same bag. That is purely due to additional discount being avail during a promotion period or when dept stores clears stock. The outlets run promotion every now and then. Some stock may be bought at higher price(before the promo discount is available) and hence I cannot offer the low price that you may see avail elsewhere. Appreciate your understanding in this aspect.

All designer bags sold here are 100% authentic as I buy them directly from the respective outlets or major department stores. I do not buy from 3rd party to resell nor do I deal with fakes.

All Bags comes with Price Tags/Coach tissue wrap and Serial no.(Coach bags). Dustbags are included when they come with it. Do check with me first if you are particular about dustbags. Prices shown in US$ exclude tax and shipping. S$ prices shown are inclusive of tax, shipping and local delivery.

* Items available on first come first serve basis.
* Orders can be reserved up to a maximum of 2 days.
* Email orders to jccalusa@gmail.com with your name, mailing address and the brand/style/description/color of the items.

Payment

* Paypal for international orders (conditions apply)
* Interbank transfer by POSB/DBS (Singapore orders).
* Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the order and all items will be released for sale.

Return Policy

*All sales are final and non refundable.
*Please consider carefully before making purchase.

Shipping

* All items are shipped directly from USA.
* Please email to me for shipping charges (destinations other than Singapore)
* For shipping to Singapore, they will be sent via bulk EMS and then despatched via local courier service or local registered mail (for small items like wallets, wristlets etc).

* For shipping to other destinations, I would strongly recommend at least USPS Priority Mail which has some tracking and insurance. Takes 7-10 working days.

For faster delivery, it will be via Express Mail Service (EMS), and that takes 3-5 working days and it trackable.
